At Glow Trigger, we offer secure and convenient payment options for all orders placed on our website. This page explains which payment methods we accept, how we keep your payment information secure, what happens during order verification, and what to do if you run into an issue at checkout. Our goal is to make paying for your order as smooth and worry-free as possible, from the moment you add an item to your cart to the moment your payment is confirmed.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following major credit and debit cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- JCB
- Diners Club
These payment options are available to customers checking out from most locations, subject to your card issuer’s own policies and any restrictions they may place on international or online purchases. If your card is declined for reasons unrelated to Glow Trigger, your issuing bank will typically be able to tell you why.
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We do not currently offer installment plans, buy-now-pay-later options, or payment on delivery — your order is charged in one full transaction as soon as it’s placed and successfully processed. We do not accept payment via personal check, money order, bank transfer, or cash, and we are unable to process partial payments or split a single order across multiple cards.
Payment Security
All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers using encrypted, industry-standard checkout technology. Glow Trigger does not store or have direct access to your complete card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details — that information is handled entirely by our payment processor, which is built specifically to keep it protected and complies with applicable data security standards for handling cardholder information.
Because payment data is processed externally rather than stored on our own systems, you can check out with the same level of security you’d expect from any major retailer, whether you’re a first-time visitor or a returning customer. We also recommend taking a few standard precautions on your end: always check out over a secure and trusted internet connection, keep your device’s browser and software up to date, and avoid entering your payment details on any site that doesn’t display our official domain in the address bar.
If you ever receive a suspicious email or message claiming to be from Glow Trigger asking for your full card number, password, or other sensitive details, please do not respond, and forward it to us at support@glowtrigger.store so we can look into it.
Order Verification
For security purposes, some orders may require additional verification before processing. This is a standard fraud-prevention step and doesn’t necessarily mean anything is wrong with your order — it’s simply an extra check triggered automatically in certain circumstances, such as a new shipping address, a mismatch between billing and shipping information, an unusually large order, or other patterns our system flags as worth a second look.
If additional information is needed, our support team will contact you directly using the email or phone number provided at checkout, and we’ll let you know exactly what’s required to move your order forward. This may include confirming your identity, verifying billing details, or providing a copy of a card statement with sensitive numbers redacted. We only ever request the minimum information necessary to complete verification, and we will never ask you to send us your full card number or CVV directly. Orders that require verification are typically placed on a brief hold until the check is complete, and we’ll always keep you updated on the status of your order during that time.
Currency
All prices displayed on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollar). If you’re paying with a card issued by a bank outside the United States, your card provider may apply its own currency conversion and any associated foreign transaction fees — these are set by your bank, not by Glow Trigger, so we’d recommend checking with your card issuer if you have questions about how a charge in USD will appear on your statement. The exact amount charged in your local currency may vary slightly from the listed USD price depending on the exchange rate applied by your bank at the time of the transaction.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or unsuccessful, please double-check that your card number, expiration date, billing address, and security code were entered correctly, as these are the most common reasons a payment doesn’t go through. Other common causes include insufficient funds, a card that has expired or been temporarily frozen by your bank, or a card issuer blocking the transaction as a security precaution.
If everything looks correct on your end, please contact your payment provider for assistance, since declines are typically issued by the card issuer’s bank rather than by us, and they’ll have the most specific information about why a particular charge didn’t process. In many cases, your bank can clear the issue on the spot or let you know what’s needed to complete the payment.
If you’ve confirmed your details are correct and your card issuer isn’t able to identify the issue, feel free to reach out to us directly — we’re happy to help troubleshoot from our end as well, including checking whether the order was received on our system and confirming whether any charge was actually processed.
Multiple Payment Attempts
If a payment attempt fails, you’re welcome to try again using the same card once you’ve corrected the issue, or you can use a different card. Please avoid repeatedly submitting the same order multiple times in quick succession, as this can occasionally result in duplicate authorization holds on your account. If you notice more than one charge or hold related to a single order attempt, please contact us and we’ll help sort it out — in most cases, any duplicate authorization will simply drop off automatically within a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.
